Mamadou Aliou Diallo
Board Member
Diallo is a seasoned IT professional, & his experience includes: – Selection & Management of vendor of Core Banking Systems. – Implementation of Core Banking Systems. – Digital Financial Services (Mobile Money, Agent Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) – Risk Management. He is Certified Expert in Risk Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. – Database development. Diallo is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in Microsoft SQL Server (MCSA). – IT Networking: He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). – Full Stack Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL; C#, ASP.Net) – Mobile Application development: Android Studio – Micro Finance Operations: Product development (Savings, Loans including SMEs, insurance, risk management). – Accounting and Finance: Setting up and operating a Computerized Accounting System (MYOB). Diallo has cleared the level 1 of the CFA Program; he is pursuing the level 2 on his journey to get the CFA Designation. – Data analysis: advanced Excel, R, SPSS, designing Mobile data collections.

Neak Niporn
Board Member
Niporn Neak is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with more than 16 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in strategic financial transformation, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Southeast Asia. He has built a distinguished career in the banking and microfinance industry, most notably serving as Head of Finance at LOLC (Cambodia), one of the country’s leading deposit taking microfinance institutions. Throughout his career, Niporn has led high impact initiatives in financial strategy, Financial Modeling, asset–liability management, and corporate governance, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence. Niporn currently serves as CFO at BOPA, where he oversees financial management, risk oversight, and internal control frameworks. Based in Phnom Penh, he plays an active governance role by participating in audit and risk committees across BOPA’s portfolio companies in Cambodia and Timor-Leste, supporting robust financial stewardship and compliance. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia (Credential ID: 10956326) and holds an MBA in Financial Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. He also participated in several trainings at the Boulder Institute of Microfinance for risk and management concentration, Corporate Governance (CG) in the banking sector entitled by IFC.

Shamim Khan
Independent Board Member
Mr. Shamim Khan currently serves as a Business Development Director, specializing in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-impact project execution. He is an expertise across operations management, corporate strategy, project delivery, and business development, supporting organizations transform vision into measurable results. Mr. Shamim Khan has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, being the Head of Operations for ANZ in Fiji, Chief Operating Officer, ANZ Timor-Leste and Head Direct Banking for ANZ, Papua New Guinea. For that, Shamim is an expert in leading & managing operations team on property, leadership of electronic business, has great experience in project managing and implementing major infrastructure and banking systems. Shamim is the Chairperson of the Risk Committee, a member of the Information Technology Committee and a member of the Human Resource Committee.

Aldo Lucas Sarmento
Board Executive Assistant
Mr. Aldo joined Kaebauk in 2018 as a Human Resources Assistant and quickly rose to the role of Human Resources Officer in 2020. Throughout his five-year tenure in this capacity, he has actively contributed to the development of numerous Management and Tracking systems, streamlining HR data processes. Mr. Aldo’s approachable and humble demeanor has fostered strong relationships with staff at both Head Office and Branch levels, showcasing his unwavering commitment to understanding and meeting their needs. As of 2024 Now serving as the Board Executive Assistant, Mr. Aldo combines technical expertise with meticulous attention to detail. His youthful vigor and adept interpersonal skills contribute to our collaborative environment. Currently pursuing a degree in finance management, Mr. Aldo exemplifies our dedication to excellence at Kaebauk.
