You can collect a complaint form available at any Kaebauk branch office.

Do not forget to write your name and phone number to support the investigation process.

Write your complaint in the form based on details such as date, place, and if possible, including any proof or evidence.

Fill out the form carefully and submit it directly to the prepared complaint box.

Your complaint will be collected weekly and sent directly to Kaebauk National (Dili) in the Advocacy Department for investigation.

In any case, Kaebauk will contact the party who submitted the complaint and process it according to existing regulations.

Your complaint and the process will be handled securely and confidentially.

Your complaint will not affect your current loan or next loan.
