Products & Criteria
You may apply if you:
• 17 to 65 years of age
• Have a regular source of income or a business (Customer who do not have either there is also an opportunity for Start-up Loans)
• Meet Kaebauk's eligibility requirements
The loan amount depends on:
• Your income or business capacity
• Your repayment history
• The loan product you choose
• Kaebauk will offer as low as $50.00 USD and a Maximum loan amount of $100,000.00 USD
Below are the fees:
• Intrest Rate (Dependency on Chosen Product)
• Administration fee (3%) - upfront payment and non refundable
• Cash Security (10%)- can be refunded after 100% repaymentor can be adjusted with the last loan repayment.
• All costs are disclosed in the Key Facts Summary before you sign the loan contract with Kaebauk.
• Repayments are made according to a fixed schedule.
• Each installment includes principal and interest, provided by Kaebaukduring disbursement of the loan.
• The number of installments and due dates are listed in your Key Facts Summary (Repayment Scehdule).
If you miss a payment:
• Repayments are mandatory as per-the repayment schdule provided.
• Continued non-payment may affect your ability to get future loans.
Yes, only applied to specific Product.
All moratorium terms are explained before you sign the loan agreement.
Yes. Early repayment isallowed.
• There is an early closure fee of 4% from the total loan, if the total loan is closed within the first 4 months of taking the loan.
• Ask more information from the closest Kaebauk Branch or contact your Field officer for more details before making early payments.
Yes. You will receive:
• A Key Facts Summary included with the repayment schdule
• A written loan agreement
Note: Important for client to thorughly review and understand both before signing of the contract.
You can contact:
• Approach the nearest Branch and utilize the complain box and commuincate to any Kaebauk personal at the front desk for any information and question
• Contact your Loan Officer OR
• Contact the Chief Customer Adovoacy officer for any complaints regaring the branch or Kaebauk FO etc.
• Contact through Kaebauk Social Media Accounts such as FB, WA, IG and/or direct call to Kaebauk Marketing department.

Yes. A loan can be declined if:
• Income is insufficient to repay the loan
• Required documents are missing
• Continuous late repayments from previous loans
• Multiple loan from other Financial organizations
