Chief Branch Network Officer (1 Position)
KAEBAUK is looking for talented professional to join as Chief Branch Network Officer (CBNO) is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding Kaebauk’s branch operations across Timor-Leste. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance with Central Bank of Timor-Leste (BCTL) regulations, and alignment with Kaebauk’s strategic objectives in transitioning from microfinance to full banking operations.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in banking or financial institutions, including at least 5 years in senior management roles. Experience in managing branch networks, portfolio size, organizational transformation, and leadership complexity is required.

Proven expertise in branch operations, retail banking, and network expansion.

Strong knowledge of BCTL regulations, financial inclusion strategies, and risk management practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Tetum and English is required; Portuguese is considered an advantage.
