Kaebauk operates 21 branches across all 14 municipalities of Timor-Leste, offering a wide range of financial products, including consumer loans. Kaebauk’s objective remains to provide tailored loan solutions that meet the diverse needs of the people of Timor-Leste.

As of December 2025, Kaebauk employed over 369 staff, making it one of the largest private-sector employers in Timor-Leste. The operations team comprises 158 employees and 108 field officers. Through this workforce, Kaebauk remains closely engaged with its target clientele and continues to deliver appropriate and accessible loan products.
